Constellation Workshops
Discover Your True Self with
Nature and the Herd
-
Our workshops are designed to help you to feel, embody, see and walk up to your presence.
Experience the support of your ancestors, guiding you towards being authentically you and freeing yourself from your ancestors traumas, secrets and entanglements that are tying you to your family’s past.
It's a journey into who you are meant to be. -
Step through a gateway into the knowing field or as Physicists name it the fourth dimension, what’s not tangible.
Explore the depths of your unconscious, awakening to the energy that connects all living beings.
Horses and nature live in this frequency; and our workshops can offer you the keys to this hidden network of communication.
You can rediscover love and connection in a space where the veil between worlds thins. -
Our workshops reveal the power of interconnectedness.
By tapping into "the knowing field," as named by Bert Hellinger, founder of Family Systemic Therapy, you'll uncover and release the entanglements and traumas that hold you back.
It's an opportunity to step into your power, supported by the herd, community, and the natural world -
The path to self-discovery doesn't end with the workshop.
It's a practice of remembering and embodying the insights and changes you've experienced. Like nurturing a seed, it requires time, discipline, and care to grow.
This work isn't a quick fix - it's a gateway to a life lived fully, vibrantly, and true to your essence
The constellations are truly powerful.
At the end of our last constellation workshop, my wise male horse, Wodka, entered the quarry where the group were gathered, rolled and shook.
He then walked into the circle of women, who had all done deeply profound work, clearing ancestral trauma, naming the secrets and shame and acknowledging the deceased who had never been mourned. Wodka walked around the circle, gently touched the standing stone and then left.
It was a significant ending; Wodka gave his affirmation that the womens' work was done and they could step forward in their lives, no longer carrying the traumas and secrets of their pasts.
